3 ingredient elixirs

    Here are two three-ingredient elixirs that might provide the spark of health and healing you may be looking for!

    Elixir #1 – Apple cider vinegar (ACV), honey and cinnamon super syrup

    It can relieve constipation, reduce inflammation, support kidney function, promote heart health, prevent or fight urinary tract infections, protect against bacterial, fungal or viral attack and keep the common cold at bay. The ACV and honey should be raw and organic, while the cinnamon should be organic.

    1. 2 cups of apple cider vingegar
    2. 1 cup honey
    3. 2 tsp. cinnamon

    Combine in jar and shake. Store it in a cool area (not in fridge as it will harden). Couple of sips in the morning and again at night!

    Elixir #2 – Warm water, lemon and apple cider vinegar

    Well, here’s apple cider vinegar again :-). All you need is some warm or room temperature filtered or mineral water, raw organic apple cider vinegar and half an organic lemon.

    Drinking this each morning, as soon as you wake up and before you put anything else in your stomach. It stimulates digestion, expels toxins from the liver and supports your digestive enzymes.

    Fill a glass with warm water (preferably be spring water from glass bottles, but filtered water will do), squeeze in half a lemon, and pour in a rough teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

    Sip it slowly and let it work its magic!

    Do this for at least a week to experience the health benefits!
