    1. Chop broccoli into small florets, chop avocado, and dice grapefruit. Add broccoli, grapefruit, avocado, and walnuts to a bowl.
    2. In a seperate bowl, combine oil, shallots, poppyseeds, and lemon. Mix and pour over the salad. Serve immediately or store in fridge
