    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. In a medium sized bowl, combine coconut flour, coca powder and baking soda.
    3. In a separate medium sized bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, coconut oil, vanilla and honey. Mix well.
    4. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, being sure to stir constantly. Once a consistent mixture is formed, pour the batter into a well greased muffin baking dish. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    5. Allow the cupcakes to cool and ice if desired, using the same icing made for the Carrot Cake recipe.
