    1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey, coconut oil and applesauce.
    3. In a separate bowl, combine almond meal, cocoa powder and baking powder. Mix well.
    4. Slowly add the wet ingredient to the dry ingredients, stirring constantly. Continue mixing and add the grated zucchini.
    5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
