    1. Warm oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add onion and sauté until soft, about 4 minutes. Add garlic and jalapeño; sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add ground beefand seasonings and cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
    3. Add the collard greens and tomatoes and sauté until wilted, about 4 minutes. Stir everything gently as it cooks, careful not to mush the tomatoes.
    4. Add the lemon juice, season to taste, and serve.
