Ingredients
- 1 tbsp COCONUT OIL
- 9 rashers bacon
- 1/2 ONION chopped
- 1 fresh tomato finely chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeño chili
- 3.5 oz tomato puree/ paste

Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the bacon, cooking until crispy.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and slice thinly.
- Add the onions, tomatoes and chili to the pan and sauté in the remaining oil until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Return the bacon to the pan, stir in the puree and heat through.
