    1. I notice that a lot of the recipes either include coconut oil or ginger, and I’m allergic to both. Are there recipes that will do similarly without either of those ingredients?

      • Hi Marie! You can leave it out, but if you need to add something either lime or a little white wine will work too! Thanks!

      • Hi Veronica – yes it will be fine. Just stay away from preservatives, etc. if you can. Best if you can get as natural as possible though! Eat the regular honey that you have then buy raw honey. Just search for a local honey maker in your area. It’s the best honey you will ever have.

    2. Does this really help you to burn belly fat??? If so, when would you begin to see results?

I heard that apple cider vinegar and honey can do that as well…. is that so?

    3. This drink looks really good and not much work to make. I will be making it as soon as I can get to the store for ingredients. My only complaint is that when I went to print the recipe, it also printed the ‘Recommended Articles and Videos’ pictures and descriptions. That annoyed me since it is using up my color printer cartridge which is not cheap and I am on small fixed pensions and watch every penny.

    4. Yes that can be annoying simply Copy and Paste recipe on to a blank page in text document in Open Office or similar and print off recipe. This works for me without all the unnecessary surrounding area.

    5. I recently turned the big 70.God has been so good to me.I’m always encouraging others to warch their diet.My wife has a problem with her liver and seems to shy away from eating healthy.I use both tumeric and ginger powders on my omlettes, but she wants no part of it.Maybe this drink wouhld help. She has on immune system so when the kids come to her daycare with all their diseases and virus, she catches all of it..I really like a lot of your info.Keep up the good job.Blessings from North Dakota
