    Instructions
    1. Chop the onions and fry in coconut oil over a medium heat, until soft. Put the onions in the slow cooker (crock pot).
    2. Seal the liver in the frying pan, ensuring both sides are seared. Add the bacon to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes, turning once.
    3. Score the tomatoes with a knife and blanche in boiling water for 60 seconds.
    4. Remove the tomatoes and allow to cool, before removing the skins. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pan with the liver and bacon. Stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
    5. Transfer the meat and tomato mixture to the slow cooker and set on low for 6 hours.
