    1. Cut the onions into thin strips. De-seed the capsicums (bell peppers) and cut into similar sized strips. Peel and crush the garlic cloves.
    2. Over a medium heat, sauté the onion, peppers, garlic and sausage in the coconut oil.
    3. Once the vegetables have softened and the sausages cooked, add to the slow cooker (crock pot).
    4. Add the diced tomatoes, red pepper flakes and season to taste.
    5. Put the lid on the slow cooker (crock pot) and cook on low for six hours.
    6. Wake up to the smell of a ready to eat breakfast.
