    1. In a blender add the walnuts and pulse for a minute. Add in the flaxseed and cinnamon.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together the almond milk and egg whites, before adding the walnuts, vanilla and banana.
    3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and stir over a medium heat until the mixture thickens up.
    4. Serve and enjoy.
