    1. In a blender add the nuts and flaxseed and pulse for a minute.
    2. Whisk the eggs and coconut milk in a bowl until the mixture starts to thicken.
    3. Blend together the banana and almond butter and add to the egg mixture, ensuring it is well mixed together.
    4. In a saucepan add the nut meal and egg mixture together and stir thoroughly over a medium heat.
    5. Once the porridge is thick and warm, remove from the heat and serve topped with berries, nuts or coconut flakes.
